Honey Natural Process Method:
Fully ripened cherries were picked selectively and sorted manually for defect beans.
After wet milling, the beans with its mucilage still intact, are then sun-dried inside parabolic green houses for 21 days. The beans were racked every 30 mins to allow even drying. After drying the beans are hulled, and rested a further 15 days before packing.
Flavour: Complex floral aroma with tropical fruits flavour of dried mango or jackfruits.
Body : Clean, smooth, and medium with a long finish.
